ABOUT ME
Sarah has more than a decade of experience in counseling. Her goal is to see people made whole through the help of relational counseling. In the midst of the hard work of therapy, Sarah seeks to find hope, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose for life. Sarah has worked extensively with adults, married couples, families, adolescents, and children. Among her areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and relational conflict. Sarah also has a passion for helping athletes thrive in their life and sport. As a former Division I athlete Sarah understands the constant demands of competing and performing at a high level. She is committed to helping athletes function at their best, and believes that having a mental edge in competition is just as valuable as physical training. In her free time, Sarah can be found reading a good book, going for a run, playing the guitar, or having fun with her husband and three children.
